Hello All,

Have a backend with 4 HD OTA tuners. I have removed and installed
tuners on the backend for any number of reasons in the last two years.

When looking at mythweb it shows the tuners starting from Encoder 13
and ending at 20

Why does it do this?

When I remove I select remove from myth(hostname). Should I also be
removing "All"?

Also after this is done and exiting mythtv-setup should I be running
fill myth database?

mysql tables for cardinput and capturecard show the same numbers.

.24
Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS

Thanks

If you use the remove all option, rather than deleting individually, then the numbers will restart from zero when you re-create them. I have had to do this often with my Nova T 500, which randomly starts recording zero length files, well, on 0.22 anyway

Using the delete all is also the recommended option, can't find the link to this now

Cheers

Martin
