After a power outage, I started getting "recorder failed" errors for
both of my HD-PVRs. I should have thought of power cycling them but
unfortunately I didn't, I went into panic mode and deleted all my
capture cards and re-entered them (I have since done the power cycle and
rebooted to no avail). This usually works when something is screwy with
the tuners, but this time it has totally hosed everything. No matter
what I do, the system tuner status shows all tuners as unavailable (two
HD-PVRs and one from an HDHomerun).
What I get in the logs is below. This sort of looks like 6200ch is
failing to set the channel, but I think it's more than that. If I run
the 6200ch command manually, it works fine.

It looks to me like you set the capture card to V4L and not the HD-PVR type?

Kevin
