<div><br></div><div>There were quite a few people on here saying that because the Google supplied GMail application doesnt support quoted text editing or removal that Android was a non-starter.</div><div><br></div><div>Well, first, its not an apple product; you are allowed to replace the application with an aternative from the Android Market... and 2) it&#39;ll be fixed in the next release by the looks of it. The code for the next release is in the wild now and some preliminary builds for phones have started emerging... Hackers have put together an early build for the first Android phone the HTC Dream/T-Mobile G1.</div>
