If not, what is the best ATSC tuner these days? I see that Amazon <br>
has the Dual HDHomeRun for $123, but the Avertv card is half of that.<br>

I am looking to either supplement or replace my HVR-1600 so I can<br>
watch/record two ATSC channels at once.<br>
