I have indeed recorded off the bbc freeview interactive channels with the general recording rule record at any time on any channel for formula 1.

The program is marked as f1 on the interactive channel so it records 2 bbc channels... which is great for watching contentious overtakes and accidents as you get multiple views and commentaries.

305). Have you ever recorded from it?

Could you try disabling the 'useonairguide' flag for it and making it invisible?

Also, the mythbackend --version output might be useful.
Cheers,
