with a couple of related problems.<br>

I am getting a number of high-pitched random bleeps and screech sounds
and they appear to affect the picture too. On some channels this is
appalling.<br>

I have checked the aerial signal by plugging the lead into an LCD TV.
Perfect picture. The card a Hauppauge Nova-T 500 gave perfect results
under Kaffeine 0.8.7 but in a different box. <br>
