I am going to install a new MythTV system in my home (backend +

Do you advise me to use the stable 0.21 or to use the last SVN 0.22

developing version?

For a production system I recommend you use the 0.21-fixes stable
<br>
version. The 0.22 release is getting nearer and there will be a
<br>
straightforward upgrade path from 0.21 when it is released.

That said, the svn version is in quite a bit of flux with 20 or more
commits per day right now so I would suggest avoiding it for a bit
longer. The fixes branch is quite stable on most hardware and most
people are happy with it.

I have the same question but with a little diference, that is:<br>
* My interest is focused on reading all regular DVDs, that's the only
thing that is not ok... :-(<br>
<br>
So, for regular DVD palying, which should I get? (stable 0.21 or to
use the last SVN 0.22, or any other svn branch)<br>
<br>
Thanks for your help!<br>
