HD-PVR to 1.5.6, I started losing audio when I changed channels on both
recordings and live TV.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

channels, like 229. I&#8217;m using DirecTV. I&#8217;m using the HD-PVR drivers
from about 1 week ago from v4l.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

from windows with the same problem, no audio. So, its not MythTV itself. I also
used a 3 second sleep time in my channel change script.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

and turned back on and I got Audio OK using cat.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

DirecTV settings, box, or the HD-PVR driver for linux. This is happening on all
3 of my HD-PVR boxes.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

DirecTV STB and the sound returns. So, there must be something wrong between
the STB and HD-PVR. I&#8217;m still using the same optical cable. So, that&#8217;s
