I don't know if it's useful on a Myth system, but ripping DVD's to an 7GB ramdisk speeds things up a bit. <br>
I use this on my desktop, when moving my movie collection over to my Myth box.</blockquote></div><br><br>For me having 6GB of memory really speeds up mytharchive. But I did not buy the 6GB just for myth. My master backend is also my main desktop at home.<br>
