One of you running an affected distro (which probably means a distro with some affected MySQL configuration) is likely going to have to solve this...<br>

Though your logs--specifically the SSDP errors--almost make it look like the whole network subsystem is dropping out on you (which could actually be the root cause of the MySQL unresponsiveness).<br>

Looks like the default mysql port # is zero instead of 3306 (from the original log post). That doesn't explain why the connection got dropped in the first place, though, just why it won't reconnect properly.<br>

In other words, if I use only the analog inputs connected to my cable signal, everything works fine. Based on previous comments, I was looking mostly at the mythbackend.log. I decided to take a look at the mythfrontend.log and found some errors there. I haven't been able to resolve the problem. Does anybody have suggestions<br>
