<br>As I'm starting to look at the sound on this machine I see PulseAudio is being used for sound playback? Why not alsa I thought that was the default for Ubuntu?<br><br>I'm currently compiling 1.0.19 of alsa and plan on installing when it finishes. Is there a guide to follow for setting up alsa as the default sound manger, I guess that's what it's called...<br>
