Have a look at the stream coming in within Wireshark. If it has<br>
sections within the stream that are "FF FF FF FF FF FF", it is<br>
encrypted (Though at the moment, I can't work out how - Where's the<br>
missing data coming from?), and with the same method Sasktel are using<br>
for some streams. The artifacts you are getting (Green sections,<br>
stuttering sound, artifacts) sounds exactly like what happens when I<br>
try to open one of Sasktel's encrypted streams.<br>

You might also want to try passing in "-framedrop" into mplayer, to<br>
see if letting it drop frames will help some. Glad to see you've got<br>
something working, though.<br>
