So to test that idea I am now sitting 1-2 feet from the router's<br>
antennas. Still no go. The picture is totally messed up. However if I<br>
plug a wire into the switch that's right here then it works great. So:<br>

WAP -> router -> switch == good<br>
WAP -> router -> PC Wifi ==fail<br>

Possibly this is as much about the router's ability to buffer the data<br>
as is it about transmission and reception?<br>
<br></blockquote></div><br>If the WAP and the PC wifi are both communicating on the same channel (or even overlapping channels) then you are essentailly cutting your bandwidth in half. <br>
