Did you delete/download the source code again like I mentioned in a<br>
previous message?<br>

<div>I did a many cycles of deleting/downloading/compiling (not sure
I did it in the correct order). I think I will wipe the disk and do a
fresh install. I made some mistakes in the beginning and it is already
a cluttered system. I need a clean page before I can continue
this experiment. If it still is not working after that I'll get back
to you.</div>

I've been running an HD-PVR since the middle of August and I love it. <br>
On my Core2Duo Fedora 9 system, I had to get the faad2, faad2-devel,
faad2-libs from livna repository or else I couldn't get AAC decoding
working. <br>
<br>
I also use these options on my configure script<br>
./configure --prefix=/usr --libdir-name=lib64 --enable-proc-opt
--enable-libfaad --enable-opengl-video --enable-opengl-vsync<br>
<br>
notice the faad - D for decoding. <br>
faac is for ENcoding - ie: ripping audio CDs to play on an ipod<br>

<br>Thanks for rxplaining the difference between faac & faad. It was not self explainitory what the difference was.<br><br>-Ryan<br></div></div>
