I think you just need to change off the channel and back onto it to
see the changes, but I might be wrong on that. It was a long time ago
when I did it.

I managed to try the retuning using Mythweb as you suggested and the
MythTV-Player for Windows (it's more comfortable on my home office PC).
I just need to stop LiveTV in the player, adjust the offset then start
LiveTV again<br>

Unfortunately although the picture quality changes the stuttering or
frame drops occur for any settings. I have at least now found a fine
tune setting that gives an excellent picture. Not sure what to try
next...<br>
