<H2 class=title>mythtv recording problem RingBuf</H2>
<DIV class=hidden id=o1>I am getting this <SPAN class=postbody> RingBuf(/shares2/myth/1002_20080408175804.mpg): Invalid file (fd -1) when opening '/shares2/myth/1002_20080408175804.mpg'. </SPAN> error on the backend then i try and watch live TV or when making a recording. I have been thinking it might be singal as it happend after i added a second card...so i removed the second card and i am still getting it....I am running my backend on a Fedora 8 box with 1gb of ram. When this error happens i am getting a 0 byte file in the recording directory.The front end is showing <SPAN class=postbody> MPControl: Could not open stream '/shares2/myth/2014_20080408183852.mpg' <BR>I tried to open it from host '<A href="http://192.168.1.104/"><U><FONT color=#0000ff>192.168.1.104</FONT></U></A>' at port '6543'. </SPAN></DIV>
