If you go to here: <a href="https://help.ubuntu.com/community/MythTV_Edgy_Backend_Frontend">https://help.ubuntu.com/community/MythTV_Edgy_Backend_Frontend</a><br><br>In the section 'Install MythTV', it describes how to write your own mythtv xsession file (these are what give you those options for different window managers when you log it). You can set it to load up the window manager of your choice, plus any other housecleaning you want the system to do when you load mythtv. Very useful.
