a driver issue – the drivers are perfectly capable of doing either
digital or analog video. Myth simply doesn’t offer a way to manage
those two interfaces together intelligently. PVR-150 cards may be
somewhat inexpensive, but slots are often at a premium. I’d rather
have two DVICo Fusion cards and be able to have more possibities, than have
separate analog and digital tuners. Given the enormously complex
configurations that Myth allows one to create, I’m surprised this hasn’t
been implemented yet.

i think that could be done though...the fusion cards have a mpeg encoder for
the analog channels and they pull mpeg from digital feeds, so it ought to be
possible to make a driver that simply returns mpeg for everything.
use these drivers if someone made them and needed a tester).

Myth supports it as a V4L card. However, I can't seem to have both

they're separate cards, and that causes problems when Myth tries to do
