That I believe. While gentoo is a difficult operating system, it's easier to get myth working because <br>
of how difficult it is to find binaries of myth, lirc, ivtv, etc that play nicely. Gentoo compiles all of<br>
them from scratch, so they HAVE to work. Makes getting XV to work a breeze, since X11 is all<br>
compiled from scratch anyway, adding a driver in is no big deal.<br>
