mention... after rebooting and exiting the MythTV frontend, my system completely
froze... so Now I snagged that whole lirc out of it again. Does anyone have

described on Jarod's guide (and its link to litwiller), I came to the
conclusion that only the numeric and alpha keys on the remote work (0-9 and
a-b) among with a few others (the ok button seems to work as well). However, I
cannot get the pause key (for example) to work with mythtv. The mappings
in the lircrc file looked correct. Any ideas on this?</FONT></DIV>

can get it to run again by modprobing it again and starting the service
again... Might this be because lirc tries to start prior to some sort of usb
