I meant to give credit.  That UI page is mainly work by
Robert McNamara, I've been working on the backend downloading
side and hooking it into a libmythui theme picker screen he
played around with a while back.  That's why it's in Arclight.
I still need to create a default and default-wide version of
that page as well before we can get the downloader into trunk.
