That *was* a joke :-)

But in any case no problem, just have your legal department point out  
the disclaimers in the customer service agreement. This usually states  
that the cable company is only responsible if a rabid yak attacks your  
set.

Just like the power company when lightning strikes their secondary  
outside your house.
