[mythtv-users] question about xorg configurations - VGA to 60" Sony

Hello everyone,
 
Hopefully someone can guide me in the right
direction...  I just bought a nVidia GeForce 6200
card, which I have plugged directly into my 60" Sony
KDS-60A2000 rear projection TV (which has a PCI input)
via a VGA cable.  I've installed the latest nvidia
drivers, and although it looks pretty decent with the
default xorg.conf that was generated, there is still
black borders around the picture - the whole screen
isnt getting utilized.  I've tried other various
samples of xorg.conf files that I've found while
researching, but none of them seem to work with my
specific TV.
 
Does anyone know what I can use to reference/debug
different xorg options, or perhaps where there might
be more documentation on individual TV model
configurations?  I'm not holding my breath for the
perfect xorg configuration, but hopefully some
guidance as to how to go about toying with specific
properties to help me along, because right now I am
just stuck.
