This one is unlikely to work, or would have bad quality. You would have 
de-modulate the signal into CVBS and then re-modulate to NTSC. At that 
points its easier to pipe the CVBS signal into the composite input of 
the 350. That would result in better quality too. Essentially you would 
be using an external tuner. And converting the total signal on the cable 
is not possible.
