SATA ?  Not as yet, no... I'm on the linux-raid mailinglist too and I've heard 
of some problems with some chipsets.  An option would be firewire but I think 
I will go for plain old ATA for now. When the time comes to upgrade my main 
fileserver (now 400GB capacity) to something bigger, I'll reconsider SATA.

Though, if MythTV is as good as it looks, that may be quite soon(-ish)  ;-)

I'm not running Fedora anyhow, I'm using SuSE and am migrating to Debian.
