[mythtv-users] garbage signal at top of screen

weird. audio comes in fine and i can change channels. still i get the whole 
pciture crammed up near the top 2" of screen and seemingly scrambled. i 
receive it fine when i plug the coax into the tv so i know it's not a 
scrambled tv signal. ideas?
