Hi,

I've searched the mythtv list a bit, but I have yet to find a conclusive answer, so perhaps somebody can enlighten me on how it's supposed to work.

I have a Hauppauge PVR250 card which I use to record my programs with. I only have a 160GB harddrive and after about 42 recording and a load of music in mythmusic it kind of gets stuffed if you catch my drift :) I'd like to start mythtranscode some stuff into mpeg4, but everytime I even try to transcode I get this error:

rrroot root # mythtranscode --chanid 8 --starttime 2004-02-17-19:40 -p autodetect
2004-03-01 20:48:14 Transcoding from /mnt/store/video/8_20040217194000_20040217200500.nuv to /mnt/store/video/8_20040217194000_20040217200500.nuv.tmp
Input #0, mpeg, from '/mnt/store/video/8_20040217194000_20040217200500.nuv':
  Stream #0.0: Video: mpeg2video, 720x576, 25.00 fps
  Stream #0.1: Audio: mp2, 48000 Hz, stereo, 384 kb/s
strange error flushing buffer ...

Wether I use "-p autodetect" or force it to "-p 22" (22 is the id for mpeg4) it will not work.

What happen, where did I miss a piece of documentation?

Jelle.
