[mythtv-users] PVR 250 Sound Problems

On a system with a SB audigy gamer and a PVR 250

video capture,pause and playback work fine however sound plumbed
into linein is not syncronized with playback. Sound will be silent until
player is started but starts when either mythtv or mplayer starts up.
After shutting down mplayer or mythtv the sound continues until I reboot
the machine or mute linein via alsamixer. The same is true when pausing
live tv in that the sound just continues in sync with the video source.
