Aha, ok, that's good, but in DVB-S you have multiple channels on the
same transponder, can it work with that?

So if 2 people want to watch a channel on the same transponder it
shouldn't need to use another tuner card, can it do this?

Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if it's a planned feature to enable "transparant" tuners.
Right now, when you have 2 tuners, you actually have to select which
tuner you want to activate. So if 1 tuner is busy you'll have to
manually choose another tuner, right?

Wrong, it just selects the first available tuner to record live tv, if
none's available you can't watch. So if you have a free tuner, myth will
use that.

Are there plans to make this work seamlessly? To have 1 channel and add
multiple tuners to that instead of the other way around?

Dunno if you're talking about multirec here, don't have experience with
that...
