It hacks out the nasty dependencies between libmyth,<br>
libmythui and libmythupnp by amalgamating their code.<br>

Probably best to delete all libmythui-0.22.dll<br>
and libmythupnp-0.22.dll first, though.<br>
(and I had to delete mtd and ignyte<br>
from plugins to force their relink)<br><font color="#888888">
