Under fedora that error would be fixed by a 'yum install QtMysql' (or qtMySql). That is, I think the only driver in fedora whose name is case sensitive and I cannot remember the precise spelling. I have no idea what the equivalent windows dll is called, but you clearly do not have it loaded. <BR>
As to the other error, do you have your hostname (silver??) tied to the IP address? In linux this is in the hosts file. I think there is a windows equivalent..<BR>
