This was with current cvs on a 3.0Ghz P4 (Fedora FC 1). If it is a race condition, then the type and power of your machine might be critical, along with the kernel version etc.<BR>

Hmm, how very odd. It dies reliably for me, I have reverted to cvs of a<BR>
few days ago (ie without any other mods), and it's still happening. As<BR>
far as I can see the stack is getting trashed when it does segfault, but<BR>
it would be useful if someone else could repro it..?<BR>
