[mythtv] PREFIX and LIBDIR

Yup, that is why the libdir-name stuff is in there. If memory serves I 
wrote the original patch for this many moons back - (well *I* remember 
it, hopefully I've not just rewritten history in my head tho'!)

Quite a few distros, (Mandriva in my case) put 64 bit libs into 
/usr/lib64. This is to allow both arch's libraries to coexist and not 
require a chroot.
