It augments the oldrecorded table in checking for duplicates in find
rules. Whenever a program for a find rule is recorded, an entry for
its findid and recordid, or parentid in the case of an override, is
added to oldfind. This is done, bacause as has already been noted,
the existing check for duplicates using oldrecorded doesn't work
correctly for search rules when the titles might be different. The
same result could be achieved by fixing the check using just
oldrecorded, but that would result in a noticeable increase in
scheduling time. By rights, there should probably be a recfind table
to fix the same problem in checking for find duplicates in the
recorded table.
