[mythtv] xmltv and mythfilldatabase

It only looks at the quality element and only for HDTV. The other values are 
currently irrelevant to mythtv so they are ignored.

I have a patch in my tree that improves the handling of some xmltv fields in 
mythtv and displays more of the available information to the user. This 
includes the audio info and the video aspect/quality. I suppose I should get 
it committed, it was written 6 months ago!
