That's a non-starter. I don't want mythbrowser installed and frankly 
cluttering up mythweather with the required logos and links (I believe 3 is 
the number specified) just isn't ideal.

Mythweather was dead long before the changes at MSNBC and weather.com 
occurred. It was always planned that mythweather-revamp would replace it and 
using localised weather data sources is the preferred method.

Xmltv works well this way and all it takes is for one or two users in each 
country to make a small contribution of their time. I do think there would be 
a practical benefit to making the creation and maintenance of weather 
grabbing scripts independent from mythtv in a similar way that the 
relationship between xmltv and mythtv works.
