[mythtv] i am having problems with mytharchive

further investigation has revealed that the problem was caused by build mysql 
(on gentoo) with the "debug" use flag defined. when i removed that, the 
problem went away. this is a bit bizarre, but right now the script is 
running. i will report if it succeeds - so somebody else might benefit.
