[mythtv] Re:Right edge of screen cut off

I found that the 

-hslen 46 -vslen -23

part of the 'fbset' command changes the livetv/recording output, while the 
others affect the size of the mythtv interface. I had to try several  
different values (some don't produce a picture that is viewable).
